It works well with floor cleaners like bleach, floor stripper, and carpet cleaner. When cleaning carpets, it is recommended to use a garden pump sprayer with diluted shampoo. Customers have complained about the flimsy water tank that falls over when half-filled with fluid, and the lack of control when turning it on and off. The machine comes with cleaning products that cannot be refunded if the customer wants to return the product. The brushes don't always get in the grout to clean, and it leaks like crazy.
