Customers were led to believe that they would be receiving multiple packs of lead instead of a single pack of 12 refill leads. This has caused frustration amongst buyers who feel as though they have been ripped off. Overall, the product is of high quality, but customers need to be aware that they are only purchasing a single pack of 12 lead refills.
