The Cool Hourglass is a toy/novelty hourglass that looks great and works well for general timing purposes. It stands nearly a foot tall and has a mustard/goldenrod yellow sand color. The sand does not flow evenly and is not very accurate, but it would be helpful for people who struggle with occasional “time blindness”. The hourglass is relatively sturdy, but it should be kept on a non-wobbly surface and away from kids and pets. It is also not extremely high quality, but it is worth the price paid for a unique gift or collect hourglasses.
