The camera is not supported by Dahua and comes with custom firmware by the seller and other people. It has a built-in IR LED with an IR distance of up to 40m. The camera has excellent low-light capabilities and advanced analytics that produce clear images of people and faces. It is compatible with standard 802.11af/at, POE, and POE+. The camera doesn't require any software and has a static IP set at the default. Customers have expressed mixed opinions regarding the camera's varifocal feature. One of the cameras didn't focus when fully zoomed out, while the other didn't zoom out as far as an actual Dahua varifocal camera. The customer support from EmpireTech is outstanding, and their firmware updates are supplied frequently.
