- Steel Dragon Tools® 7090 1/2-inch to 2-inch Power Pipe Threading Machine with Cart 811A Die Head and Dies The Steel Dragon Tools® 7090 is a portable and compact, high-performance pipe threading machine that will thread, cut, and ream from 1/2 in. up to 2-inch pipe. This machine comes with a Steel Dragon Tools® 811A quick-opening die head and a through-head oiling system. The included high-speed steel dies will fit RIDGID® die heads. Dies are made of steel with Rockwell Hardness of 58-62 HRC for long operating life. Automatic oiling system produces high-quality threads. Oil comes through the die head with a gear driven pump and is automatically recirculated through the system. The Steel Dragon Tools® 7090 features a 1000-watt induction 110 V, 60 Hz, 25 RPM, reversible motor. This package includes a folding steel cart with wheels, allowing for easy transport around the shop or job site. Package Includes: Steel Dragon Tools® 7090 Pro Pipe Threading Machine, Steel Dragon Tools® 811A 1/2 in. to 2 in. universal die head, Steel Dragon Tools® 811A Universal Die Head works with compatible RIDGID® machines and dies, One (1) set of Steel Dragon Tools® 47765 1/2 in. to 3/4 in. universal high-speed steel dies, One (1) set of Steel Dragon Tools® 47770 1 in. to 2 in. high speed steel dies, Industrial-strength pipe cutter, Portable cart with 10-inch wheels, Wrenches and an oil can. Specifications: Maximum Chuck Capacity: 2-1/2 in., Reamer: Pentangular 5-Blade Conical, Pipe Cutter Capacity: 1/4 in. to 2 in., Maximum amperage under load is 18.5 amps, Overall Measurements: 24 in. x 24 in. x 18 in., Overall Weight: 190 lbs.To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your pipe threading machine, we recommend greasing and/or lubricating your machine upon arrival and regularly greasing and/or lubricating all moving parts, especially the threading dies and carriage mechanisms. Proper greasing and/or lubrication minimizes wear, reduces friction, and enhances overall machine efficiency. Heavy use of your machine may require more frequent greasing and/or lubrication. WARNING! This product can expose you to chemicals including aluminum, copper, lead and di_2_ethylhexyl_phthalate_dehp, which are known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, respiratory irritation, neurotoxicity, and/or immunotoxicity.
