Lizard Skins Handlebar Tape Editorial Review
The Lizard Skins DSP 2.5mm Bar Tape has garnered mixed reviews from customers, primarily centered around its performance and pricing. Many users praise the bar tape for its excellent grip and durability, highlighting its forgiving nature during installation. It seems to cater especially well to cycling enthusiasts looking for a gripping, comfortable ride. The phrase "buy once, cry once" resonates with some users who are willing to invest in quality, indicating that despite its high price, they believe the performance justifies the cost. However, there are notable concerns regarding customer service. A customer recounted a frustrating experience trying to resolve an issue related to the installation process. They faced challenges in reaching support, including unresponsive customer service representatives and lack of follow-up on their queries. This dissatisfaction with customer support detracted from the overall positive experience many users had with the product itself. Overall, while the Lizard Skins DSP 2.5mm Bar Tape impresses with performance attributes, the lack of effective customer service has left some users hesitant to recommend it. **
