The TP-Link TL-SG108-M2 is an unmanaged, plug-and-play 2.5GbE switch with eight ports. It is easy to install, operates at a good speed, and is excellent as a support tool for a 2.5G mesh network. The switch does not have a noisy fan and costs reasonably. However, it runs very warm and requires rubber feet to raise it for air flow. Furthermore, some customer feedback relates to receiving open/used/broken items and having to pay to ship the switch for returns. Also, some customers claim it worked fine for a year, but some ports died later on. Additionally, some negative feedback relates to the company's warranty and replacement policy.
