- 〖 Parameter〗 Voltage: DC5-24V, repeatability accuracy: 0.01 mm/ 0.0004 in, feedrate: 50-200 mm/min, over travel protection distance: X- ±4mm/0.16 in, Y- ±4mm/ 0.16 in, Z- 2mm/ 0.08in, XY axis trigger force: 0.5-0.82N, Z axis trigger force: 2.7N. (Note: ensure the sensitivity of the tool setter is higher than this edge finder/trigger force less than 2.7N if working with a tool setter)
- 〖 Application〗The CNC probe is designed for wide DIY applications,Suitable for GRBL control board and Mach3 ect systems . By connecting the CNC signal input port (tool setting port), It can achieve fast zero point acquisition, surface flatness acquisition, and measurement of workpiece geometry, such as edges, holes, grooves, screws, angles and angles, workpiece scanning and digitization, effectively avoiding secondary clamping of workpieces during the processing. (Hint: Not recommended for industrial use)
